Caritas Vietnam (VN) and the Caritas Dioceses have been incorporating to implement the project about pro-life since 2012. The activities and training courses to help Caritas Dioceses have specialized staffs and collaborative groups to work together in pro-life section. In the following years, the collection of aborted fetus is still carried out and promoted more than other activities in the Dioceses.

Improving the living and health conditions of poor families in Vietnam
Clean water is an invaluable resource and is becoming scarce. The proportion of people lacking clean water is increasing, whether in urban or rural areas. Clean water is becoming ever more necessary because water plays a very important role in human life. In rural areas, especially in remote areas, the proportion of people access to clean water to use for daily life is less, while the local water source is gradually polluted due to the pollution; agricultural, industrial wastes and even bad habits of the people.

Đức Thánh Cha Biển Đức XVI mời gọi các thần học gia và chuyên viên thánh mẫu đóng góp suy tư và đề nghị mục vụ, để cho Năm Đức Tin sắp khai mở trở thành thời điểm ơn thánh, trong đó đức tin tinh tuyền của Mẹ Maria trở thành đèn pha định hướng và là mẫu gương của sự trưởng thành Kitô giáo. Promotion of inclusion of persons with disabilities (PWD) and persons living with HIV/AIDS
The purpose of the project is to address the marginalized and vulnerable situation of people with disabilities (PWDs) and people with H (PWHs) with a comprehensive, multi-dimensional community-based approach to promoting participation, and social integration of PWDs and PLHIV in all dimensions of life.
Đức Hồng Y Carlo Maria Martini S.J qua đời
MILANO. ĐHY Carlo Maria Martini S.J., nguyên TGM giáo phận Milano, đã qua đời chiều ngày 31-8-2012, hưởng thọ 85 tuổi. ĐHY Carlo Maria Martini thuộc dòng Tên, sinh tại Torino bắc Italia năm 1927, gia nhập dòng năm 17 tuổi và thụ phong LM năm 1952. Ngài vốn một chuyên gia nổi tiếng về Kinh Thánh, từng làm Viện trưởng Giáo Hoàng Học Viện Kinh Thánh rồi làm Viện trưởng Đại học Giáo Hoàng Gregoriana, trước khi được ĐGH Gioan Phaolô 2 bổ nhiệm làm TGM Milano ngày 29-12-1979, là giáo phận lớn nhất tại Âu Châu với gần 4 triệu 900 ngàn tín hữu Công Giáo.
