In December 11th, 2012, Caritas Cambodia make a visit to Dalat to discuss on some agricultural models.

In the group of Caritas Cambodia, there are persons in charge of agriculture of Mondulkiri and Kandal provinces, president of Farmers’ association, president of Women union, president of agricultural Cooperatives, some agents and farmers of villages which participate in the project organized by Caritas Cambodia.  

They try to get some experiences on planting vegetables, flowers, big trees, breeding pigs and poultry, manufacturing of organic fertilizer, micro credit program… in Nam Ban, Tutra and adjacent areas.  

They have the occasion to receive the blessing of Bishop Anthony Nguyen Huy Chuong - Da Lat diocese.

One group member says: “I find this trip meaningfully. It helps me aware of sustainable development of agriculture and take advantage of the available resources. I also take some new seeds here, I will try planting them”.

Another says: “Your  highland wine is very delicious. You are very hospitable. We hope to see you in Cambodia. Come to visit us whenever you can and learn from us cooperative model in Kandal”.

The visit has left good impression in hearts of Caritas Cambodia. Everyone feels "We are Caritas. Wherever we go, we can find family and be welcomed in warmth."
